Booster Meeting - September Date Change - Due to scheduling conflicts, the September Booster Meeting has been moved to next Thursday(9/9). The meeting will still take place in the high school band room. Please make plans to attend. Our season is getting up to full speed and we need everyone to help out where they can.

Welcome Hickory Ridge Middle School - This fall, a new middle school will open in Cabarrus County - literally right across the street - Hickory Ridge Middle School. Since this middle school is now the direct feeder into Hickory Ridge High School, Mr. White and Mr. Powell determined it would be of great benefit to both programs to have one main internet home for all of the programs of Hickory Ridge Bands - both middle school and high school. Look for more information to be posted in the next few weeks for both the 7th and 8th grade bands.

Shout-Out Ad Sales - Once again, the Robinson Band will be producing and distributing show programs for the Preview of Champions Marching Exhibition. The profits from the sale of the program will be divided between the eight participating schools. The exhibition will be hosted by Mount Pleasant High School on Saturday, September 18. Shout-Out advertisements for the program are being offered to all schools as an opportunity to recognize the hard work of all the students in your band program. Sell, Sell, Sell - Remember to sell ad space for the 2010 "FOB" program. The ads are being sold from now through September 11.
